Ben Towne is the Principal and Founder of Towne Advisory Services Corp. providing valuation services for financial and tax reporting purposes, covering a wide variety of industries and company sizes. He has performed valuations for large real-estate holding entities, large technology companies, high-tech start-ups with complex capital structures (409A), professional service companies, and manufacturing companies, among others.
Ben is a CPA who previously worked as Valuation Manager at two well-known CPA firms in Silicon Valley. He is a Past President, Silicon Valley / San Jose chapter of CalCPA a professional organization for CPAs, and currently serves on the Cal CPA Forensic Services Section Steering Committee and Business Valuations Section leadership.
Ben provides experienced valuation knowledge and counsel to SiVal Advisors, and serves as the firm’s go-to resource on valuation matters.
